A wagon is designed to provide you with ample cargo space with a bit of rugged flare. The Subaru Outback is a vehicle that works with many different types of driving and terrains. With enough space on the inside for a family, this is a vehicle that has seen a lot of popularity over the years. Let’s take a look at the various trim levels that are currently part of the 2019 lineup. We’ll help you decide which is the best one.

The 2.5i vs the 2.5i Premium

The Subaru Outback 2.5i is the base level for the Outback. If you’re on a budget, this is an affordable vehicle that still comes with a lot of great features. You get a 6.5-inch infotainment screen that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can utilize your backup camera and 4-speaker audio sound system with this infotainment screen. Under the hood, you’ll get a non-turbocharged, 4-cylinder engine that provides 175 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. If you upgrade to the Premium trim level, you’ll still get the same engine, but there are many more interior features included. You get heated front seats and exterior mirrors. Six speakers are included, and you can control your audio through the 8-inch infotainment screen.

The 2.5i Premium vs the 2.5i Limited

The Limited trim level speaks to consumers that want a more high-end vehicle. Which one of the trim levels have the leather seats? It’s the Limited. There is an upgraded Harman Kardon sound system, keyless ignition and rear air vents included in the Limited. You can upgrade a number of features, including automatic rear braking. From an exterior standpoint, the 2.5i Limited has a bit more sporty of a design. This is largely thanks to the 18-inch machine finished wheels, low-profile roof rails and LED headlights that are adaptive. Very similar, Subaru also offers the 3.6R Limited trim Outback. You simply get a bigger engine with the 3.6R. To be more specific, it is a 6-cylinder engine that provides 256 horsepower.

Subaru always tries to keep up with the times and add various features each model year. The 2019 model adds the addition of the EyeSight safety package across all trim levels. The infotainment system and double USB port setup are also included. If you’re on a budget, the Outback 2.5i is the way to go. If you love the Outback but want all the bells and whistles, opt for the 2.5i Limited trim level. Contact Camelback Subaru for more information on the Subaru Outback.
