CityScape’s final Cool Summer Nights event is going to make it feel like winter in August! If you’re tired of the heat, but want to enjoy some summertime fun outdoors, you won’t want to miss the last installment of Cool Summer Nights in downtown Phoenix.
Bring your friends and family over to CityScape on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015, and enjoy cool winter-themed entertainment. There will be real snow onsite - up to four tons! - and a snow slide for your riding enjoyment. If you arrive early, you can also get free shaved ice. The cold dessert is complimentary for the first 300 people who arrive!
In addition, a free movie viewing of “Grease” will be presented on the big screen at Patriots Park and guests are invited to dress up as their favorite “Grease” characters. The movie starts at 7 p.m. and those who want to watch must have their own blankets and chairs.
Several board games, including Battleship, Twister, Chutes & Ladders and Operation, will also be on hand for visitors to play, adding yet another cool element to Cool Summer Nights. And as always, CityScape’s water fountain sidewalk will be in full effect.
