Who is Eligible?
- Active-duty and reserve members of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, and National Guard
- Veterans and retirees within 12 months of your date of separation
- Spouses or domestic partners of an eligible resident residing in the same household (address verification required)
What to Bring:
- Active-duty requires current Leave and Earnings Statement, DOD correspondence attesting to Duty Status or SOA Military Eligibility Certificate
- Veterans and retirees require DD-214 for proof of eligibility
