New 2015 Subaru Impreza: What's Changed?
- Both four- and five-door models gain revised front-end styling, which strengthens Impreza's family ties, giving it a look closer to that seen on the all-new Legacy
- Impreza already offered the best fuel economy of any AWD gas-powered car, but that didn't stop Subaru from making efforts to further enhance efficiency; the car now offers up to 28 mpg city / 37 mpg highway with a 148-hp 2.0-liter BOXER engine
- Every trim in the lineup will now come standard with a Rear Vision Camera and new one-touch lane changers on the turn signals
- Phoenix Subaru Impreza buyers will also now receive standard cruise control and a touch-screen infotainment system on entry level 2.0i trims, while new "welcome" lighting and a revised instrument cluster with a steering-wheel mounted control switch and LCD color display have been added to Limited and Sport Limited trims
- Limited and Sport Limited trims also gain a new option: keyless access with PIN code and push-button start
- As seen on the Outback, Legacy and Forester, the 2015 Impreza offers Subaru's award-winning EyeSight technology, which features lane departure warning, pre-collision braking and adaptive cruise control
- 2.0i Premium trims now come standard with the Lineartronic continuously variable transmission (CVT)
- Thicker windows and more sound-deadening materials provide a quieter ride for passengers
- A new, upgraded infotainment system is standard on Impreza 2.0i Limited trims and comes with a 7-inch touch-screen interface, voice-command technology, SMS text messaging, iTunes tagging capability, satellite radio (with subscription) and other features
