Subaru once again teamed up with its longtime “Portlandia” partners, Carrie Brownstein and Fred Armisen, to develop a four-part web series called “Talkative Driver.” Satirizing the whole Uber/Lyft chauffeur phenomenon, the series features a loquacious but ambitious new chauffeur who endlessly chats up his customers and offers them a range of quirky amenities.

Armisen plays the talkative driver, while Brownstein, who only appears in the first episode of the series, plays a tough conversation inspector with the task of ensuring that new drivers can properly respond to anything that comes up on the job. Along with the web series, which is definitely worth a watch even if you’re not familiar with “Portlandia,” the show will continue to include Subaru in its next season, as it has done periodically since the brand’s first appearance in Season 2 of the hit show.

Whether or not you’ve ever used a service like Uber or Lyft, we’re sure that these skits will make you laugh. Click here to check out the web series now. Oh, and if you’re wondering what vehicle Armisen is driving, it’s a 2016 Subaru Legacy. Try one out for yourself at Camelback Subaru, where you’ll find a broad selection in many colors and trim levels!
