Subaru of America, Inc. is celebrating its 15th annual Share the Love event. It is when it donates money to four national charities on behalf of its customers. This year, the event hits a milestone. Subaru has donated over $115 million to charity since 2004. This year's national charity partners are:
- The National Park Foundation
- Make-A-Wish
- Meals on Wheels America
- The ASPCA
Each will receive a donation. Customers who purchase a new Subaru during the event can choose one of the four charities. Subaru has always been committed to giving back to customers and their communities. The Share the Love event allows Subaru to support some deserving charities. The automaker is excited to reach this milestone year.
Celebrating Fifteen Years With the Share the Love Event
Subaru of America, Inc. announced this week that the 2022 Subaru Share the Love Event will return for its 15th year. It is a significant milestone for the automaker. It has a belief in helping people in need through its charitable efforts. Subaru, along with other participants, plans to reach a goal. They want to raise over $250 million to donate to several causes. Subaru has committed to this event annually and plans to make it even more successful than ever.
The Subaru Share the Love Event is a nationwide philanthropic event. It has donated more than $227 million to charities since 2008. Subaru and other retailers work together to select customers' hometown charities. For each new Subaru they sell, a donation is made to that charity. This event has helped over 1,700 charities nationwide and continues to grow.
Donations from this year's event are being returned to these national charity beneficiaries:
Meals on Wheels America, The ASPCA, Make-A-Wish, and the National Park Foundation. Also included are over 800 local charities.
From 11-17-22 to 1-3-23, the Subaru Share the Love event is donating $250 to a charity of the purchaser's choice. An extra $50 goes to local charities for each vehicle leased or sold. Subaru retailers will donate $5 to their registered charity partners.
