On October 22, 2025, Subaru of America announced that Subaru Solterra EV owners have gained easier access to the Tesla Supercharging network, which includes more than 25,000 Supercharging stations across North America. This easy access is made possible with the SubaruConnect app, which allows owners of the 2026 Subaru Solterra EV to charge their vehicles via the app's "Plug & Charge" functionality, which enables Supercharging ports to automatically recognize the vehicle and begin charging.

The 2026 Subaru Solterra is natively equipped with the North American Charging Standard (NACS) port, which is compatible with Tesla Superchargers. Owners of 2023 to 2025 Solterra models can also purchase a Genuine Subaru Accessory Fast Charging Adapter to gain access to more DC fast-charging stations.

Solterra owners can use the SubaruConnect app to set up payment methods for charging and locate nearby charging stations with the Find Stations Map. The app also allows 2026 Solterra owners to automatically initiate battery preconditioning when using a DC fast charger. The 2026 Solterra can charge up to 80 percent in around 28 minutes thanks to this preconditioning system, even in cold weather.

The 2026 Subaru Solterra EV offers a range of up to 288 miles and is currently available nationwide. If you're interested in a 2026 Subaru Solterra or any other Subaru vehicles, visit Camelback Subaru to check out our inventory or test-drive a vehicle today.
