The 2025 Solterra is available in four trims: Premium, Limited, Touring, and Touring Onyx Edition.

Starting off the 2025 Subaru Solterra lineup is the Premium. This model has many standard conveniences, including wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, keyless entry, keyless start, and smartphone-based remote monitoring and control. Heated front seats are standard with the Premium, and it has cloth upholstery. The Premium has an eight-inch touchscreen display as well. This trim's exterior features a windshield wiper de-icer system, roof rails, LED headlights, and 18-inch wheels.

The Limited trim also gets LED fog lights, a power liftgate, and power-folding side mirrors. Its wheels are upgraded to 20-inch wheels. The Limited has synthetic leather seats and power-adjustable front seats. The Limited adds heated rear seats and a heated steering wheel, along with an upgraded Harman Kardon sound system, a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen, and a standard wireless charging pad.

With the Touring trim, you'll get all the previous features, including interior ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, a digital rearview mirror, and a panoramic sunroof. The newest trim in the lineup called the Touring Onyx Edition, adds sleek black 20-inch wheels and custom black exterior trim details.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 Solterra Have?

All trims of the 2025 Subaru Solterra use the same electric powertrain, but the top mileage varies based on wheel size. The Solterra has a dual electric motor configuration paired with a 72.8kWh battery. Collectively, this system produces up to 215 horsepower and 249 pound-feet of torque. Trims with 20-inch wheels get up to 222 miles of range, while the others have 227 miles of range. All-wheel drive is standard.

What Safety Features Does the 2025 Solterra Include?

The Solterra's standard safety package includes emergency steering assist, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot warning, forward collision mitigation, hands-free driving at speeds up to 25 miles per hour, and automatic reverse braking. A surround-view camera and a semi-automated parking system are optional features.
