When the all-new, redesigned 2017 Subaru Impreza arrives late next year, sources say it’s going to resemble the Impreza 5-Door Concept that was recently revealed at the Tokyo Auto Show.

After being approved earlier this year in March, the controversial Loop 202 extension project has been started. The first home in the path of the freeway was demolished on Aug. 27, 2015, and more homes have been taken down since to make room for the new freeway project. Actual construction of the freeway itself, which is considered a “relief route” by some and environmental threat by others, is scheduled to commence in summer 2016.
